I have about 9.5 hours of sleep each day from 9pm-6.30am and i think that it is enough. Nomally my parents force me to sleep on 9pm but during Fridays and Saturdays, i can stay up to 10pm only. The only thing that keeps me awake at night homework, homework and homework. I think that I do not have much things to do at home(except for homework). I think that the best way parents can make their child sleep early is by 'rewarding' them by letting them do fewer homework and things like that.
